Ok, full disclosure, this conversation may have been used as a cheap prop to briefly explain what the Credit Card Decider is all about.
I'm sure it won't be long before AI can build such a thing. Maybe it already can.
For the time being I gave it a shot using my human capabilities.
The Credit Card Decider started out as a spreadsheet but I soon realized there were limitations and it would be better off in website form.

NOTE: It's definitely not mobile friendly. I would go so far as to say it's mobile unfriendly. You'll want to use something that has a mouse or trackpad.
I always appreciate hearing feedback from people about little projects like this, whether it's positive or negative.
